The community and its amenities speak for itself. This house, beyond being absolutely beautifully designed, is the most functional place I have ever stayed and that includes my own home! Literally everything you could possible want or need, this house has it. Especially when vacationing with kids. However I came for a girls trip and could not have been more thrilled with this vacation home.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect!!! Pictures and description are very accurate. All the furnishings and decorations were beautiful and well thought out. Even the twin beds in the bunk room (where I slept) were comfortable! And they thought of every detail. Kitchen is so well-stocked with everything you might need. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at and everything was very clean!!! The amenities (pool, hot tub, pickleball, etc) were so much fun! Perfect for a family vacation or girls weekend! Highly recommend this place.

This rental is so well designed. It was a delightful surprise to see every bedroom have its own dedicated bathroom with all the amenities and essentials included. I packed a lot of things I never ended up needing because the rental had everything considered, from bedside charger stands to kitchen appliances (seriously had every appliance I could have needed). We had multiple families all staying together and we all had our own space for privacy, but it was also extremely easy for everyone to move freely into common spaces which made it very easy to socialize, especially because the common areas are so comfy and inviting. The garage is stocked with so many things you can use at the pool, and that’s great because the pool and lagoon are so relaxing and beautiful. We spent a portion of every day at the pool and were grateful to have options for floats and pool equipment. The intentionality and thoughtfulness in this home are top notch and made our stay easy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Rad Retreat gave our family an unforgettable week — it exceeded every expectation we had. We stayed with my son, his wife, their three kids, and my other son and his young daughter, and the home fit our whole group comfortably and beautifully. The kids were absolutely delighted with the bunk room. It became the heart of a very sweet cousin reunion — late-night giggles, morning chatter, and a space they immediately claimed as their own. Seeing them so happy made the trip even more special. The Desert Color amenities were a huge highlight. The pool and lagoon provided hours of fun for the kids, and the sandy beaches made it feel like we were staying at an ocean resort rather than the desert. We spent entire afternoons relaxing by the water while the kids played nonstop. Inside, the home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The open living and kitchen area made it easy for all of us to gather for meals and conversation, and the bedrooms gave everyone a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Rad Retreat truly felt like a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and perfect for families. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation.

We had such a great time staying here! No detail was overlooked, every amenity we could have hoped for was there for our enjoyment. The cosy patio on the top floor was a welcome retreat. The interior design is tasteful and the furnishings are comfortable. We had so much fun enjoying the pools, hot tubs and lagoon area. Pickleball courts were easily accesible. It was all so enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Obsessed with this place! We rented the place for a girls' trip and it was perfect. The interior design is so beautiful and the home is stocked with everything you need. The main floor is perfect for hanging out and cooking and the bedrooms are so cozy you might not want to leave your bed. Loved all of the community facilities too -- pickleball, pools, hot tubs, etc. This place is a no-brainer if you want a relaxing vacay.

They've created such a peaceful atmosphere inside this home. So comfortable with easy access to all the fun. I've never seen a garage so well stocked for any adventure.

Staying here was an absolute treat! The house is GORGEOUS and it had the most comfortable couches, beds, and communal spaces. The kitchen had everything you needed and more, the games and outside sports equipment were perfect for adults and kiddos, and the location of the property was amazing. If you truly want a home away from home, this is the place to book. We will be back!

This house is fantastic. Spotless, well appointed, very comfortable. It has everything you need. It is a great place for a family get together or golf buddy trip. Every one of the four bedrooms has it's own bath. CAVEATS, the amenities - mainly the giant lagoon pool - are not in easy walking distance. This unit as of May 2026 is one of a few that have been completed in this area of the development. As such, it is in an active, noisy construction zone. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing.

We loved our stay! The place was well stock and the owners thought of everything in the kitchens and bathrooms. The rooms were comfortable, the place was beautiful, and it was loved by the whole family. The proximity to Costco, food, and entertainment was perfect.

Home is beautiful and clean! Location is great! Amenities are awesome!

Honestly this house is incredible. They've thought of truly everything! We had the best time and will for sure be back! Only thing to keep in mind is there are a lot of stairs. This home is 4 levels so it's something to keep in mind if stairs are an issue.
